- Credit cards cannot be disputed for legitimate charges, and users agree that once a payment is processed, refunds will not be provided.

6. User Conduct & Compliance
6.1 Profile & Content Compliance
- Users must ensure that all uploaded content complies with state, federal, and Skelto community guidelines.
- Profile pictures and videos must not contain nudity, misleading representations, or violate fair housing laws.
- Accounts posting illegal content or engaging in harassment will be permanently banned.
- Profile pictures that do not follow federal, state, or Skelto’s guidelines may result in content removal or account termination.
6.2 Meeting & Communication Liability
- Skelto is not liable for in-person meetings, disputes, or interactions between users.
- Users should take precautions, including meeting in public places and informing a trusted individual about their meetings.
- Skelto is not responsible for any physical injury, harassment, property loss, or financial damages arising from user interactions.
- Users must conduct themselves professionally and responsibly when arranging meetings.
6.3 Fraud & Misuse
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
- Any attempt to scam, defraud, or misrepresent services will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
7. Termination & Account Suspension
- Skelto reserves the right to remove accounts, suspend services, or ban users for violations of this policy.
- Users engaging in illegal activity, harassment, or fraudulent behavior will be permanently banned without appeal.
